What commonly causes injuries?

By far, the most common incidence of injury is when 2 dogs are having a great time playing and then one ‘crosses a line’, usually by accident.  Other things that can lead to misunderstandings:

Poor social skills:  the very reason many dogs are in daycare is to improve social skills.  The other dogs do most of the teaching, but staff watches closely and intervenes as needed.

Overstimulation:  like kids, dogs can get excited and forget their manners.  Staff keeps excitement levels at a 5 out of 10 and removes dogs for a time out as needed.

Possessiveness:  staff withholds the desired objects (human attention, toys).
